iPhone 3G dust inside display

Yesterday, I dropped my iPhone 3G on the floor (accidentally), and apart from some scratches on the lovely display, I got some dust inside it as well. It is really annoying!

How could all that dust go inside the screen just with one drop on the floor?

it was probably always there and now are noticing it as you dropped your phone and now looking for defects

I actually had dust in mine too before. But after a while, it sorta just dissapeared.. idk where it went, but it was gone. So hopefully, yours will do the same
