iPhone 3g earpiece and proximity sensor not working

Earpiece and proximity sensor do not work. I can hear people fine when they are on speaker. The screen does not turn off when I place my hand over it.

I checked that and he did replace his sensor cable. I also posted on that thread asking how he changed it. But, I wasn't sure if he had the same problem has me on the speaker/sensor issue

It doesn't when on 'speaker'. It's not meant to! 🙂
