Hey everyone,

My old iPhone 3G's has suddenly stopped working. I've heard of this problem before, but was wondering if anyone on here in the UK could give me some advice with regard to online repair centres?

I have seen some entries on google, and have seen that mobileease.co.uk have got positive reviews all over and I couldn't find a negative one on the net.

Has anyone else had their iPhone repaired for home button replacements? What company did you use / would recommend? Has anyone used the above site?

Thanks in advance!

I went to the Apple Store, and a Genius fixed my 3G on-site...it took less than 15 minutes. The home button connectors were loose.

That sounds good, did it cost anything to do that? Mine would be out of warranty as I bought it on release day.

its a very easy fix, i opened mine and bridged the connectors with a bit of foil. Its worked perfectly going on 6 months now.
