Iphone 3G in Washington DC

hey everyone, at the end of September my dad's going to be at conference in Washington dc, im interested in buying the 3g iphone, we're from Israel so the at&t contract is a problem (you need ssn) which we don’t have. so maybe anyone in this forum know’s any electronic shops, that sells the iphone in a reasonable price?

The iPhone 3G is only sold in AT&T Corp. stores and Apple retail stores. You are out of luck.
