iPhone 3G (Jailbroken) Alarm and DST

Ever since Daylight Savings Time ended on March 13th, my morning alarm goes off one hour early. In the phone it's set for 9:30 but it rings at 8:30. I have tried deleting it, turning my phone off, and resetting it but no luck. However, I tried creating a totally new one for the evening and it went off at the right time. I can't upgrade my software because my phone was bought used and jailbroken.

Any advice would be welcome, thanks!
 
I'm having the same problem though now I can't seem to create recurring alarms, they just don't go off.
