iPhone 3G - Keyboard Lag...

    Hi, plain and simple, Is it normal to have a very anoying lag on the keyboard when posting in a Forum !?!?

    I Buy a iPhone 3g yesterday, and I notice that, and My Bros (1 month old) do the same, So I guess its normal, but still what to check with the Pro's

    BTW: Should I upgrade to the 2.2??, im planing on Jailbreaking it soon, is theres any problem if I upgrade to 2.2?

    Sorry dont want to open another thread for such a stupid question...

    Upgrade. It will probably take care of the lag too.

    upgrade bro, simple as that.
    you can still jailbreak 2.2, just make sure you have quickpwn 2.2

    I already upgraded to 2.2 and no change at all, it continues to do the same thing, I guess its normal, I just ask here to see if yours do the same thing...:(

    Is the keyboard lag in SMS?

    2.1 fixed that issue. 2.2 certainly doesn't have

    Nope, its perfectly fine on SMS and Email...

    no:(

    Its normal. If its a big website with flash advertising and other stuff the iPhones processor has to render it gets to its limits and thats what is causing the lag.
    I should not happen in the sms app, thought.

    Just an FYI, the iPhone doesn't have flash, so no flash advertising rendering...
