Iphone 3g no service please help

I got a iphone from CL today and it's firmware 3.1.2 and unlocked with blacksnow. But when i put my t-mobile sim card in it said no service, anyone know how to fix this problem? i have dose the restore and still no service.

I put a t-mobile sim card in it searching like 20 seconds than it said no service, but i go to Setting-Phone and it dose show up my number

Have you disabled 3G by changing "Settings -> General -> Network -> Enable 3G" to "OFF"? iPhone does not support the 3G frequency used by T-Mobile U.S. so this is a necessary step. It will force the iPhone 3G into EGDE only mode.

Do one or more networks show up when you open "Settings -> Carrier" ?

i did put 3g off, also at carriers it only show pu "Automatic"
