iphone 3g question

So I acquired a freinds old iphone 3g, which has some good music on it. Is there a way I can pull some of the music off of it and add it to my own library?

Unfortunately Apple only lets you put songs from Computer > iDevice. Not the other way round 🙁 It really does suck, as I've been in your situation quite a few times. I think it's something to do with piracy, as Apple wants you to buy the songs yourself rather than upload them from a friend's iPod/iPhone. The easiest way to get them would be to get them off your friend's computer directly.

There's plenty of programs and ways around that will let you transfer the music that's on your iphone or ipod back to your computer.
