iPhone 3g rattling vibrate question

Hey guys,

Have to go back to my iphone 3g. My vibrate mechanism rattles (rather than buzzes) when it goes off. This phone is clearly off warranty -- will the genius bar help me fix it? any estimates on how much that'll cost?

They won't help you fix it, they'll probably just quote you. You could always buy the parts off the web and do it yourself.
