Amazing, how did you find this, Proxy?? I didn't notice the schematics you attached at the bottom, too, just the diagram. Thanks for that, and for doing the hard part! Can't imagine how long the BOM must look like on the 4 and 5.
OP, per Proxy's info, the part in 1.) is a 100KOhm 1/20w (0.05watt) resistor with 1% tolerance in a 0201 package (0603 metric). It looks like it is in a metal film (MF) composition, based on the info. This part is found in Proxy's attached schematic diagram at the bottom right between SMDs FL7-RF and FL5-RF.
I believe the second part, 2.), found in the upper right of the schematic diagram, between SMDs J7-AP and J21-AP, in the little SMD array running vertical, appears to be specs for a varistor rated at 100pF (picoFarads) at 6.8volts in a 0201 package (0603 metric).
