iPhone 3G S Jailbroken. Can't access my tabs.

I'm new to the iPhone world, so first off, hello.

I have a redsn0w jailbroken 3G S, and i'm having a little trouble accessing my tabs. I can't seem to access the General tabs or the Wi-Fi tabs in the Settings menu.

It just kinda pops back to the home screen. Would anyone know what this is all about, and what one could do to fix this?
