IPhone 3G Screen Too Dim

Left my iPHone 3g in the car while I was at the beach. Everything on it seems to work fine right now but the screen is really dim; hard to even read sometimes. What kind of hardware problem have I encountered??? 😱

If you left the screen in direct sunlight it may be suffering from an issue similar to induction in CRT screens. Give it 2 days and if it does not return to normal, we haz a problem on your hands...
