iPhone 3G Showing Up On eBay

Well the seller doesn't have the auction ending until Sunday, so he could technically run out and buy one Friday.

Either that or its a good ol' fashioned scam.
 
Not even extra time with the device. Auction states that they will ship it Monday at the latest, with the free USPS Express Shipping would put it one or two days later. If I were to buy this tomorrow from this guy, assuming he got it shipped immediately, then most likely I'd get it Friday or Monday anyway.

Sucker born every minute, hopefully someone doesn't fall for this crap. Be interesting to know who it is, as this is probably from an AT&T store and they opened their boxes today to get the demo units ready, guy probably swiped one. Or, just took pictures of the one they were opening for the demo unit and has no intention of shipping before Friday. Doubt someone at an Apple store would pull something like this.
 
he must of sold a few as in the pics it looks like there are about 4, but now only has 2 available!!
