Someone has to be able to quickly develop this. The ATT 3G network just plain sux, and this would give them a kick in their pants and a much needed spotlight.
1) iPhone ap - you press send - and it takes your current GPS coordinates and reports back 3G signal strength to a central database.
2) custom Google Map - takes said central database and colour codes reception, much like ATT's map, but this time with realtime data.
