iPhone 3G: SPEAKER PROBLEM? POSSIBLY YOURS TOO??

I would bet the division of owners thinking there are 2 speakers to 1 is roughly 50/50. I had to explain it to a fellow iPhone owner just the other day who thought he was doing me a favor by pointing out the defect in my iPhone. It was a good laugh to re-read this thread over again...
