iphone 3g unlock to spint?

I have an old old iphone 3g running 4.2.1 still. Can i JB and unlock it to the sprint network for my buddy? Any helps or tips is appreciated. Thanks all.
 
Nope. Different network. AT&T uses GSM while Sprint is one CDMA. You can get it unlocked to be used on tmobile though.
