iPhone 3G Upgrade problem

hey guys, my iphone 3G is currently on firmware 3.1, i would liek to download iBooks but it requires firmware 3.2. I can only upgrade my iphone to iOS4 though itunes, but don't want to due to the bugs. Does anyone know a way of upgrading my iphone to just 3.2? thx

the only thing i can think of is jailbreak using that firmware but you might as well wait till the next seed of ios4 comes out or just download it

3.2 is for iPad only. You probably have 3.1.3 and the only upgrade is to 4.0. You need 4.0 for the iPhone to use iBooks.

It's not too bad on my 3G. Bit of lag on the texting, but aside from that, all's good.

My experience is the opposite. I would downgrade if I knew how.
