iPhone 3G w/T-Mobile on 3.0 OS

I cant received pictures. I can send them but not received them. These are my settings... anybody has an idea what could be wrong?

MMS:

APN: wap.voicestream.com
MMSC: 216.155.174.84/servlets/mms
MMS PROXY: 216.155.165.50:8080

the rest is blank!

my 3GS, 3.1.2 JB, on Tmob has the same setting except for MMS max message size it has 1048576

I can send and receive. Hope this helps.
