iPhone 3GS 4.2.1 jb'ed, can I jb to 5.0.1?

I have an iPhone 3GS 4.2.1 jailbroken with baseband of 05.15.04. Can I jb to 5.0.1 now? What about unlock?

You upgrade to 5.0.1 then you use redsn0w 0.9.10b4 to Jailbreak.

If you want to unlock the phone, you have to install ipad bb, but you will lose GPS.
