iPhone Iphone 3gs 6.1.3 iPad BB

I have iphone 3gs and i have 6.1.3 and i want to install ipad baseband to unlock it... My 3rd digit is 9, 4th is 5 and 5th is 2 so i gues that phone was made in 52 second week in 2009 and i am not 100 percent sure if I can install ipad BB so pls tell me (fast if it isn't problem 🙂)

Before you do that, purchasing an IMEI unlock would be your better choice.

You can install the ipad baseband on that device but why not get it officially unlocked instead?
Is it an AT&T locked iphone?
