Iphone 3Gs baseband 06.15.00 GPS problem

I got an iphone with iOS 4.3.3 base band 06.15.00 and i cant receive GPS sginal... only by 3G...

is this the lastest baseband/iOS?
mine is jailbroken

This is not the latest iphone baseband but it is the Ipad baseband. This is a known issue and there is no other way to go around it.

Baseband can't not be downgrade.
