Here in NC Krogers is selling $100 Best Buy gift cards for $90 (as well as many other companies cards). I plan to buy 2 and get an iPhone for $180. It's not much, but the best I've found.

The $149 32GB'ers were equally blissful... 😀 *sigh* I love my new iPhone.

Right now, the best deal available is pretty much the regular refurb pricing.
