I just received a new iphone, and am trying to Factory Reset "Erase all content and settings" on my old one.
And it seems to be stalling at the iphone screen. I understand it could take upwards to an hour, but i am currently at 2. Is this normal? Or is there a work around?

I'm new to the iphone thing, so im not sure if this is normal. Any help would be great.
Thanks

Does the phone jailbroken & unlocked previously? if it unlocked, then does it has Ipad baseband.

If your answer is no to the above, put the Iphone in DFU and restore it with Itunes.
