I have tried EVERYTHING I could possibly find online and still have had no luck in getting iMessages to work on my iPhone. First, some background information: I have a Macbook Pro running Yosemite and an iPhone 3GS running iOS 6.1.6. The iPhone 3GS is jailbroken and the SAM says that it is Wildcard Activated. I have tried all of the turning it on and off again steps, and I have gotten it so that my phone number is attached to my iMessages account. I can send and receive messages using the phone number from my Mac, but can still not send or receive them from my iPhone. If you can fix this you will be my hero. I'm living in Canada and have to pay to text my friends in the US, so it would be great to use iMessages. Thanks!

Have you both enabled 3G & singed into your Apple ID before attempting iMessage activation?
