My husband is having some issues with his phone. It is very irratic. When he calls sometimes it works and sometimes not. It will flash no service and then be ok briefly. This morning he tried to text and it came up saying something about the network. After numerous attempts he was able to send and receive texts. It is a JB 3GS with version 3.1.2.
Also when is says there is service he will call and it says call failed then it will say no service.
I have a 3G on the same network and am having no issues at all. We are both with Bell and when he contacted them they said it was a defective SIM card so that was replaced yesterday.
Can anyone advise on what we can do or try please?
