iPhone 3Gs - Italy and Belgium - unlocked?

Agree with both points. Now, phonedevil price is the lowest in the UK market (excluding e-bay and handtec)
 
I agree. It is 100% legit buuuuuuuuuuut they change the dates and blaming their supplier.

As a customer, I do not care of that crap between them and supplier and I care only of my device.
 
Does anyone know if there is decent stock levels in Italy at the moment? The parents are heading on holiday this Friday to Sicily and might get them to pick one up for me. Are you able to walk into any Vodafone/ Tim store and get one? (32gb btw)

Ideally, i agree with it is not our problem as customers. But then, we are not in an ideal market :).
 
guys, what is the problem in buying an 3GS in italy? i'll expend a few days over there this month, and all i need to know is: is it possible to buy an unlocked 3gs in any apple store, or i have to go to an vodafone/tim store?

and just one more thing; is there any difference between a belgian and a italian iphone?

I am happy that yes even though it sucks there is no dates for when we will get our orders at least they are still in communication with all of us.

Trust me it would be a lot worse if they never responded to any calls or emails and for that I am grateful
 
Ok I mailed them today asking about the date of shipping.

Guess what was the reply? "it will be dispatched shortly" lSo what? lol

Can anyone tell me what does word "shortly" mean? :D

Shortly means 1 day? 2 days? 3 days? or maybe even one week? lol

Note: I recieved this reply almost 15 minutes ago.

Well if what they told me is true then they MAY be expecting stock tomorrow ( 2 days when I called yesterday) but I won't get my hopes up

I think the only difference between italy and begium is the manual language.
 
and it's out of stock in belgium for how long? does any of you know how is the stock of 32gb in rome? I'll be there in two weeks, may i just go into a apple store and buy mine on cash?

i know some people outside Italy were successful in ordering the iphone through the apple store online. so i can't see a reason not to be able to purchase it in person. The only issue i am not sure about, is about buying the phone from the vodafone, as i am not sure if they have pay as you go (i don't think they do). Members, please correct me if i am wrong.

I've been buying directly from a Vodafone store in Italy were my friend is a manager, I got only 9 3GS iPhones last week and the store will not be getting any more for awhile because of shortage. Handtec probably has a contact like I have, because they for sure are not buying it from the distribution center in Italy. My guess they are stuck like I am, not able to deliver on orders they received, the only difference is that I don't charge until the phones have arrived. I'm importing the phones to my country... Iceland, yes, not everybody are bankrupt.....yet... until maybe the brits and the dutch get their way :mad:
 
Just checked the Apple Italian store and it's 7 working days for delivery.. I wonder if this will affect our orders from handtec.co.uk

Looks like we maybe waiting till next week now.
 
I just chatted with handtec customer service and they told me that they will recieve a stock tomorrow buuuuut small numbers.

When I asked if it will include my order or not, the answer was "all the first pre-order customer will get there's tomorrow".

do not know if I am considered as one of first pre-orders or not lol

even she/he did not answer me or asked for my order number to check.

Well you ordered a good 4 days before most of us Dream so keep your fingers crossed that you maybe lucky and get your iphone very soon.
