What do you mean they fixed ultrasnow problem with 05.16.01?
Ultrasnow doesnt unlock the 4.3.1 official baseband.
These are the only basebands that ultrasnow unlocks currently:
04.26.08
05.11.07
05.12.01
05.13.04
06.15.00
01.59.00

These sites are telling the true. However, if you look at the basebands this ultrasn0w fixer support, it does not include 05.14, 05.15 or 05.16 as well as Iphone baseband 02.10, 03.10 or 04.10. this is exactly what Applejuiced told you on his post above.
