I am having trouble with apple. I called to get a new iPhone 3g under the warranty exchange. I have had several issues with the battery and now the one they sent me looks like it has been run over by a truck. Long story short - They promised me a new iPhone 3gs but they dont have any part numbers? Can anyone explain this to me and why a week after launch apple customer care would not have part numbers? Also maybe give me part numbers so I can tell them and they have them Thanks soo much!!
