iPhone 3GS + PrePaid GoPhone...No MMS?

GF has a PrePaid GoPhone SIM Card. I gave her my old 3GS. How come she can't receive MMS?

MMS needs carrier data.

She didn't have a data plan on her 3G and it worked just fine with MMS. Then one day it just stopped working.

are the APN settings at default on the iphone? That is most likely the cause.

"phone" apn used on iphones is what is used on normal plans for mms.

"wap.cingular" apn used on all other phones is what is used for MMS.

I don't know if the actual MMS settings themselves are the same for regular phones an iphones though.
