what is the best way to jailbreak and unlock my July 2009 iphone 3gs for an auction? I dont have a t-mobile sim card to test, so i need to be sure that it works before i sell it.


to prepare it for sale i am going to restore, then jailbreak and unlock, are there any setting changes needed so t-mobile and other GSM networks will run properly?

what FW does it have? If it has 3.1.3 u can't unlock.

There are a half dozen threads on this topic in the last 2 days. Must everyone start a new thread asking the same exact question ?

yeah i guess that's what happens when a new phone comes out.. 😀 Everone rushes to sell their old one.
