Iphone 3GS Problem

Ok. I donwn loaded PDANET and my phone started to act funny. Wouldn't let my into certain apps, make calls , view texts ETC.. So I was able to remove PDANET (SAFE MODE) but phone still slow and same problems. Also not able to slide bar to open the phone.

I restored the phone but it's still acting up. Is there anything I can do?

Also after being restored I click on an app and it won't open.

Also noticed not slide to unlock only works when I have the usb plugged in

Maybe the touch screen (digitizer?) is dying.

Phone was working great until I uploaded PDANET....
Now it will only work when USB is plugged in. I can read text but can't reply...
