iPhone 3GS rebooted during a call

Has anyones iPhone ever rebooted during a phone call? This is the first time it's happened to me with any iPhone. It was on the Apple logo for longer than usual, but then it was fine. Is this just a software bug or hardware related?

Almost certainly just a software issue. Never happened to me on iPhone (thankfully). Used to happen constantly with my Treo 650. Made it almost worthless as a phone, since I never knew whether it would reboot when I answered it.
