I'm on my fourth iPhone 3GS replacement, just today I had to replace it as the last one had to have a replacement screen, time before that battery fault, time before that signal fault.

I have to say the Apple store has been fantastic on each occasion, Just seems I keep getting duds.

My issue is this one also has issues, and should I return this?

1. Ill fitting camera, protruding from rear.
2. Three visible dust spots on camera sensor, similar to how it would be on a DSLR.
3. Visible dust under the screen
4. Sticky home button that doesn't react each time, very spongy. (Annoys me the most)
5. Occasionally get a white screen where I can see 6 or so LED's shining in from the top. Press Power button and back on and it's ok.

Should I just live with this, it's annoying, yes, but not life threatening.

Return it once more. Clearly, it's not a fully functional iPhone, and you paid full price for one that works flawlessly. I would have turned it on in the store before heading back home though, as soon as I could see dust under screen I would ask the genius to bring me another one.

You just have been very unlucky, hopefully next one will do the trick :/
