They use refunds and stuff too. They will make sure to have replacements as long as the last buyer still has warranty, they have to by law.

If they no longer have 32GB replacement models they will upgrade you. Chances are they will for at least a year because they still make the 8GB 3GS. Dropping in a larger drive is easy since the are still manufacturing the body style.
