I got an iPhone 3GS replacement and noticed that the screen refresh rate seems to be low. When I scroll (in the Settings app for example) the grey lines in between all the options flicker grey then white really quickly, definitely not smooth. It's more way more noticeable if I scroll slowly but it's definitely still noticeable when I scroll quickly. I've restored and everything but to no avail.

Are there any other people experiencing this? I found these two posts from people who seem to have the same type of issue.

If you had this issue did you get it replaced?

No issues here on my phone. (at least from what I'm understanding of this post)

It's as simple as this: Did your old phone do it? If it didn't, then you should go to Apple and take a look at whats going on.

Sorry for my late response. Basically I know that there is a problem but the thing there are no Apple stores where I live (in Holland) so I'd have to send it out and I just want to make sure that they would replace it. I'm just worried that they wouldn't see it without someone beside them explaining what to look for.

I have the same problem, but no solutions at all... anyone have a solution? Or anyone know if it is normal...?

Thanks
