Hi all,
First off , go easy on me. I'm an android user so I'm a bit slow on the uptake and don't know enough about ios. :)

My wifes 3GS has a bunch of music on it and all it well if she goes into Albums and plays a song from there. However if she selects the "songs" tab (instead of albums) it says there are no songs.

Any idea how to reset this so that it works and shows all the music?

thanks

Sounds to me like the original songs in iTunes aren't tagged properly. Once you correct the track names in iTunes and then re-sync, everything should be fine.

Thanks. I tried that but it didn't work - All the music was properly tagged in itunes and even when I ran sync again it still didn't work on the phone. I then updated the phone to 4.1 (from 4.02) and hey presto it all worked again.

thanks
