I'm really really hoping someone can help me.
My iphone went schizo so I turned it off then when I turned it back on again the apple logo appeared and won't go away. I have tried pressing the power and home buttons at the same time (at the same time as praying, begging & swearing). I've also looked at 100s of things the internet as well as downloaded somethings that I have no idea how to use or indeed if I should have used them!
I have avoided doing the restore as of course I haven't backed up my phone. (IDIOT, I know)
Is there a really simple way for me to retrieve my pictures, videos and voice memos? When I say simple I mean really easy peasy, I have no idea what I'm doing, I probably shouldn't even be allowed an iphone.
I am going to be really gutted if I lose all my personal stuff.
