I bought an iPhone 4, 4.3.3, firmware 04.10.01, and unlocked it with ultrasn0w. I bought a micro sim card off of Amazon.com and activated it (I have T-Mobile), and when I inserted it into the iPhone it either says "invalid sim" or just has 1 signal bar. I have absolutely no idea what to do to. PLEASE HELP! :(

4.10 cannot be unlocked with ultrasn0w. Go to ebay or craigslist and buy a gevey ultra (hardware) to unlock it

Is that the only way I'll get the iPhone to work?

Yeah you'll have to rely on hardware unlock methods for now

Ultrasn0w will do nothing for you. It hasn't been updated for the newer basebands in quite a while.

Uninstall Ultrasn0w and get your hands on a Gevey SIM. I don't think we'll be seeing a new soft unlock for quite a while.
