iphone 4 - $350; Good price?

What do you think the resell value of the iphone 4 will be when the iphone 5 comes out? I'm looking to purchase one for $350 right now without a contract (brand new), but I can't really justify the purchase. This will be my first iphone experience, which is why I am having difficulty judging the prices.

A used iPhone 4 will probably cost around $200 by the time iPhone 5 comes out. Maybe more if in excellent condition.

350 is too high. The 4s is out so you shouldn't pay more than 250 for a 16gb 4

I just payed $300 for a 32Gb 4 in like new condition with 6 months left on a Squaretrade warranty. That was the best deal I could find in my area (non-Ebay).

when the iphone 5 comes out it'll be tough to say cause the iphone 4 will have been out for quite a while, so that decreases it more. I'd say in the 200-250 range.
