There is no JB yet for the iphone 4 so its not possible for now.

It wont work with an external/cracked IPA unless your iphone 4 is JB.
Its gotta be officially purchased thru your itunes account in order to sync when your iphone is on stock firmware.
Nothing you can do right now but wait.

It's already out there in a few places if you know where to look and those places can't be mentioned here.
It's still worthless without a jailbreak. I want the jailbreak just as much as anyone. It will be worth the wait.

I have already tried to get it from "there" and I got an "invalid IPA" error. Too late for Handy Light. It also has disappeared from the App Store.
And maybe next time, if you're making a post asking about iPhone 4 tethering, you don't make a post with a title that ends with an exclamation point.
hey guys, we should all send MASS messages to Devteam and everyone working on the jailbreak. I think that will help speed it up
The dev team members are working around the clock on this, give em a break we will get something sooner or later.
