Dev-Team have been very very very very quiet about it since dec 25th.
I personnally think that ultrasn0w v1.3 is ready to be released but they are holding it until they release a stable untethered jailbreak for 4.2.1 on i4.
for now all you can do is way supposed to be soon but nobody knows when. always be very careful about upgrading baseband since it's unreversible. if you don't fallow any other rules fallow that one if you want unlocks or buy a factory unlocked phone and never worry.

Limesn0w is 100% fake.
Ultrasn0w v1.3 will be out soon. It will work for 02.10.04 and 03.10.01.
3GS with basebands other than 05.13..... can be updated to 06.15... which is UltraSn0w capable; however, as the Dev Team warns, it voids your warranty in a very obvious way.

Try doing the whole Restore process and rejailbreak with redsn0w. Then select the update to 06.15... option again.
This has worked with many people here to fix possible problems. Remember to update to 4.2.1 iPhone OS.

You have a tethered JB plug your phone into the computer and run boot tethered in Redsn0w everytime you reboot.
You have, actually you do have some idea, but seriously the agony of waiting for the new unlock, it's killing me.

I think WWIII is coming if they dont release it on january 16th or before.
People are getting crazy on their blog.
Not because they think dev-team owes them something but because they keep lying (telling something and doing something else).
For example, MN promised ( around dec 20th) to give news on dec 25th and remained quiet since that date.
