iphone 4 4.2.1 unlock?

I have an iphone 4, running 4.2.1 baseband 03.10.01 just wanted to see if there was any updated news on an unlock for this? I thought there was supposed to be one coming soon, but haven't heard if it was delayed or out and i missed it.
