iphone 4 4g capable?

It wasn't a gimmick, some providers can't support faster 3G speeds, yet. In some areas AT&T can't, in others it's the fastest 3G connection available.

the only thing that the iphone is capable of that some carriers aren't is HSUP...which is a faster upload speed
