iphone 4 8gb and iOS 5

my dads buying an 8gb iPhone 4 from verizon next week, will it ship with iOS 5 cause i really don't feel like going through all this BS again with another iPhone.

I'm about 99.7% sure it will ship with iOS 5 already loaded. I believe that's why there was a delay in shipping these out--since it's a "new" version of an old phone, it went out with the 4S, and both go out with the latest OS, which just came out yesterday.
