Will Siri be available for the iPhone 4 in the format that was presented in the October 4 event? Or will it only be available on iPhone 4S due to the A5 chip?

Only the iPhone 4S. I reckon jailbreakers will create a tweak that let's you use siri on the iPhone 4 though.
