iphone 4 and yahoo mail

it seems that my yahoo account is not syncing correctly all the time. its supposed to push the emails or fetch every 15mins. but ti seems i have to check my email for them to update, and bam i have 10 new emails from the last hour or two.

what could be the problem or fix?

I'm not getting push gmail either. Very annoying!

yeah it works every onc in a while, usually i have to go in to mail for it to reg that i have new emails
