iPhone 4 apps on iPad

I was wondering if the iPhone 4 apps with the larger res will display full size on iPad. I mean that's exactly what pixel doubling does right? Except if Apple allows it, it would look really pretty on a 1:1 size. Maybe in iOS 4?

No until 4.0 comes to the iPad.
