I am thinking about sending my iPhone 4 to one of the outlets that swap the black casing to a white casing. It will take only a few days for my iPhone 4 to come back. But, I don't want to miss any phone calls because the iPhone 4 is the only phone I have and I don't have a land-line phone.

So, I want to back up the SIM in my iPhone 4. But, I don't know how to copy the contents of my SIM and copy them onto a regular-size SIM that can be inserted into a cheap GSM phone that I have.

Please advise.

Just take it out and put it into a cheap adapter that makes it into a full size sim.

Thank you, Weiser878 and 87am, for your adapter suggestion. Of course! I should have thought of that!
