iPhone 4 Battery Charging Advice?

When I get my iPhone is it best to drain the battery first then fully charge it right (and continue that process afterwards)?

I've never really cared much for battery maintenance until now as I will be unable to replace the battery myself (without taking it in to Apple or voiding my warranty of course).

You should definitely do a full drain befor ethe first charge. After that I think a full drain once a month is good enough. Doesn't have to be each time.
