I'm running a jailbroken iPhone 4 on 4.1 and I have been having some major battery issues. I took my phone off the charger once it reached full charge, and not even 3 hours later my battery was at 60%. I checked the usage and standby to see that they both read the same time. This lead me to believe that even when I put my phone into sleep mode, there were still processes running. I got the sysinfoplus app to see the processes running, but the ones that I want to kill can't be killed through that app. This is very very frustrating and I need someone who knows what they're doing.
Please and thank you

I know that theres one app that I have called "NightStand Central".

It's a alarm clock and drains battery quick when the iPhone is on sleep.

But it's only when I leave the app open when I put it to sleep.

SO what I'm trying to say is that it possible could be an app.

OPTIONS:

-Delete all the multitasking apps
-Use the battery up until iPhone shuts off (to calibrate the battery)
-Turn off Notification or choose the ones you want "ON"

I have noticed a similar behavior with my non-jailbroken iPhone 4 sometimes.
Try turning it off and on...

For the reasons: maybe there are some hidden processes running that wont quit so easy.

60%? Lucky you. Mine loses a lot more. :(

You know your iPhone4 is trash when your heavily used 3+ year old 1st gen iPhone can outlast it. I'd get rid of this phone in a second if I could get my money back. I've never been so disappointed in an apple product or even a phone in general before and i absolutely LOVED my last iPhones.

There are so many problems with this iPhone it's not even funny.

Argh argh argh. lol
